EBM EXPERT WITNESS

Professional and scientific based EBM expert witness services to the legal community in the form of expert analysis, reports, depositions and testimony.

EBM CONSULTING SERVICES

Work directly with our team as your personal consultants from inception to conclusion of your case. We can provide an EBM-based analysis of the merits of your case, including whether the medical opinions of your expert or the opposition’s are supported or weakened by the best available medical evidence.

EBM RECORD REVIEW

Dr. Friedland will personally review the records associated with your case and provide detailed analysis and opinion from an EBM perspective, including questions involving standard of care and causation.

LITIGATION STRATEGY AND LAW AND MOTION ASSISTANCE
